"عَنْ عَلِىًّ قَالَ: إِذَا أَمَرَ الرَّجُلُ عَبْدَهُ أَنْ يَقْتُلَ رَجُلًا فَإِنَّمَا هُوَ كَسَيْفِهِ أَوْ بِسَوْطِهِ يُقْتَلُ الْمولَى وَيُحْبَسُ الْعَبْدُ فِى السِّجْنِ".
