" عن موسى بن طلحة قَالَ: سمعتُ عُثْمَانَ بن عَفَّانَ وَهُوَ عَلَى المنْبَرِ والمؤَذِّنُ يُقِيمُ الصَّلاَةَ وَهُوَ يَسْتَخْبِرُ النَّاسَ عَنْ أَخبَارِهِمْ وَأَسْعَارِهِمْ ".
