There is none whose deeds alone would entitle him to get into Paradise. It was said to him: And, Messenger of Allah, not even you? Thereupon he said: Not even I, but that my Lord wraps me in Mercy.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ يُدْخِلُهُ عَمَلُهُ الْجَنَّةَ فَقِيلَ وَلاَ أَنْتَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ وَلاَ أَنَا إِلاَّ أَنْ يَتَغَمَّدَنِي رَبِّي بِرَحْمَةٍ

There is none whose deeds alone can'secure salvation for him. They said: Messenger of Allah, not even you? Thereupon he said: Not even I, but that, the Mercy of Allah should take hold of me.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ أَحَدٌ يُنْجِيهِ عَمَلُهُ قَالُوا وَلاَ أَنْتَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ وَلاَ أَنَا إِلاَّ أَنْ يَتَدَارَكَنِيَ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ بِرَحْمَةٍ

None amongst you can get. into Paradise by virtue of his deeds alone. They said: Messenger of Allah, not even you? Thereupon he said: Not even I, but that Allah should wrap me in His Grace and Mercy.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَنْ يُدْخِلَ أَحَدًا مِنْكُمْ عَمَلُهُ الْجَنَّةَ قَالُوا وَلاَ أَنْتَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ وَلاَ أَنَا إِلاَّ أَنْ يَتَغَمَّدَنِيَ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ بِفَضْلٍ وَرَحْمَةٍ

I heard Allah's Apostle ﷺ as saying: None of you would get into Paradise because of his good deeds alone, and he would not be rescued from Fire, not even I, but because of the Mercy of Allah.

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ لاَ يُدْخِلُ أَحَدًا مِنْكُمْ عَمَلُهُ الْجَنَّةَ وَلاَ يُجِيرُهُ مِنَ النَّارِ وَلاَ أَنَا إِلاَّ بِرَحْمَةٍ مِنَ اللَّهِ

Observe moderation in deeds (and if it is not possible, try to be near moderation) and understand that none amongst you can attain salvation because of his deeds alone. They said: Messenger of Allah, not even you? Thereupon he said: Not even I, but that Allah should wrap me in His Mercy and Grace. (Using translation from Muslim 2816g)

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "None of you will enter Paradise solely by their deeds, nor will their deeds save them from the Fire." It was asked, "Not even you, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied, "Not even me, unless my Lord envelops me in His mercy." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said while indicating with his hand, "Like this," and then he closed his hand and opened it again.

“Be moderate and adhere to moderation, for there is no one among you who will be saved by his deeds.” They said: “Not even you, O Messenger of Allah?” He said: “Not even me. Unless Allah encompasses me with mercy and grace from Him.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 4201)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ سَدِّدُوا وَقَارِبُوا وَلَنْ يُنْجِيَ أَحَدًا مِنْكُمْ عَمَلُهُ قُلْنَا وَلَا أَنْتَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ وَلَا أَنَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَتَغَمَّدَنِي اللهُ مِنْهُ بِرَحْمَةٍ

[AI] "He heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'None of you shall enter Paradise based solely on his deeds, nor will his deeds alone save him from the Fire.' It was asked, 'Not even you, O Messenger of Allah?' He ﷺ replied, 'Not even me, unless Allah showers me with His mercy.'"

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يُدْخِلُ أَحَدَكُمُ الْجَنَّةَ عَمَلُهُ وَلَا يُنَجِّيهِ عَمَلُهُ مِنَ النَّارِ قِيلَ وَلَا أَنْتَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ وَلَا أَنَا إِلَّا بِرَحْمَةِ اللهِ

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ ﷺ لن ينجي أحدًا منكم عمله قالوا ولاَ أنت يا رَسولَ اللهِ قال ولاَ أنا إلاَّ أن يتغمدني الله منه بفضل ورحمة وَلكن قاربوا وأبشروا

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ ﷺ لا ينجي أَحَدًا منكم عمله فقال رجل ولاَ أنت يا رَسولَ اللهِ؟ قال ولاَ أنا إلاَّ أن يتغمدني الله منه برحمة

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لن ينجي أحد منكم عمله قالوا ولا أنت يا رسول الله قال ولا أنا إلا أن يتغمدني الله منه برحمة وفضل ولو يؤاخذني أنا وعيسى بن جنى هذين لأوبقنا وأشار بالسبابة والوسطى

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ما منكم ن أحد يدخل الجنة بعمله قالوا ولا أنت قال ولا أنا إلا أن يتغمدني الله منه برحمة وفضل

عَنِ النَّبِي ﷺ قَالَ لا ينجي أحدا منكم عمله قالوا ولا أنت يا رسول الله قال ولا أنا إلا أن يتغمدني الله منه برحمته وفضل

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قال لا يدخل أحدا عمله الجنة ولا يخرجه من النار قالوا ولا أنت قال ولا أنا إلا أن يتغمدني الله منه برحمة وفضل سالم أبو جميع

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , saying, "No one will enter Paradise by their deeds alone." We asked, "Not even you, O Messenger of Allah?" He said, "No, not even me unless Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, bestows His mercy upon me." And he placed his hand on his head.

[AI] To me, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O Asad ibn Kurz, you will not enter Paradise by your deeds, but by the mercy of Allah." I said, "And not even you, O Messenger of Allah?" He said, "Not even me, unless Allah encompasses me with His mercy or envelops me with His mercy."

لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «يَا أَسَدُ بْنَ كُرْزٍ لَا تَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ بِعَمَلٍ وَلَكِنْ بِرَحْمَةِ اللهِ» قُلْتُ وَلَا أَنْتَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ «وَلَا أَنَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَتَلَافَانِي اللهُ أَوْ يَتَغَمَّدَنِي اللهُ مِنْهُ بِرَحْمَةٍ»

"لَنْ يَدْخُلَ أحَدٌ الجَنَّةَ إِلَّا بِرَحْمَةِ اللهِ، قَالُوا: ولا أنْتَ؟ ، قال: ولا أنَا إِلا أنْ يَتَغَمَّدَنِى اللهُ".

"مَا مِنْ أَحَد يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ بِعَمَلِه، قَالُوا وَلا أَنْتَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَال وَلا أَنَا إلا أنْ يَتَغَمَّدَنِي اللهُ بِرَحْمَة (*) منْه".

"مَا مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ يُدْخِلُهُ عَمَلُهُ الجَنَّةَ، قِيلَ: وَلَا أَنْتَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَال: وَلَا أَنَا إلا أَنْ يَتَغَمَّدنى اللهُ منْهُ برَحْمَةٍ".
