"مَنْ تَطَبَّبَ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ بالطِّبِّ مَعْرُوفًا فأَصابَ نَفْسًا فَمَا دُونَهَا فَهُوَ ضَامِن".
"the Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever practices medicine when he is not known for that, he is liable.(Daif)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ تَطَبَّبَ وَلَمْ يُعْلَمْ مِنْهُ طِبٌّ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘Whoever gives medical treatment, with no prior knowledge of medicine, is responsible (for any harm done).’”
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ تَطَبَّبَ وَلَمْ يُعْلَمْ مِنْهُ طِبٌّ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ
