"عَنِ ابْنِ عباس وابْنِ المسَيِّبِ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ قَضَى فِى الْيَدِ الشَّلَّاءِ وَالرِّجْلِ الشَّلَّاءِ، وَالْعَيْنِ الْقَائِمَةِ الْعَوْرَاء والسِّنِّ السَّوْدَاءِ فِى كُلِّ وَاحِدَةٍ مِنْهُنَّ ثُلُث الدِّيَةِ".
