" (عَنِ ابن عباس) (*) قال: رأيت عمرَ يقلب كفه وهو يقول: قاتل اللَّه سمرة، عويملٌ لنا بالعراق؛ خلط في فئ المسلمين ثمن الخمر والخنزير فهو حرام، وثمنها حرام".
