"عن المطلب بن عبد اللَّه بن حنطب قال: قال عمرُ: ما أَخَافُ عليكم أحد رجلين؟ مؤمنٌ قد تبين إِيمانُهُ ورجلٌ كافِرٌ قد تَبَيَّنَ كُفْرُهُ، ولكن أخافُ عليكم منافقًا يَتَعوَّذُ بالإِيمانِ يعمل بغيره".
