"عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ: كَانَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ يَسْتَنْفِقُ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ دِرْهَمَيْنِ لَهُ وَلِعِيَالِهِ (وَإِنَّهُ أنْفَق في حَجَّتِهِ ثَمَانِينَ وَمِائَةَ دِرْهَمٍ) (*) ".
