"كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا افْتَتَحَ الصَّلَاةَ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ ثُمَّ لَا يَرْفَعُهُمَا حَتَّى يَفرُغَ".

I saw that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ raised his hands when he began prayer, but he did not raise them until he finished (prayer). Abu Dawud said: This tradition is not sound.

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ حِينَ افْتَتَحَ الصَّلاَةَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَرْفَعْهُمَا حَتَّى انْصَرَفَ  

قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَيْسَ بِصَحِيحٍ
