"البيِّنَةُ على المُدَّعِي واليَمينُ على المدَّعَى عليه" .  

[ت] الترمذي وضعفه عن عمرو بن شعيب عن أَبيه عن جده، [ق] البيهقى في السنن عن ابن عباس، [قط] الدارقطنى في السنن عن عمر موقوفًا
