quran:71:8 –

Then I invited them publicly.  

Then indeed I summoned them aloud, that is to say, at the top of my voice;
القرآن:٧١:٨ –

ثُمَّ إِنِّي دَعَوْتُهُمْ جِهَارًا  

{ثم إني دعوتهم جهارا} أي بأعلى صوتي.
