Allah, the Eternal Refuge.  

God, the Self-Sufficient, Besought of all (Allāhu’l-samad constitute a subject and a predicate) ˹al-samad means˺ the One Who is always sought at times of need,
القرآن:١١٢:٢ –

اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ
