النسائي:٤٩٤٩أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ وَمُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ أَيْمَنَ قَالَ

لاَ يُقْطَعُ السَّارِقُ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ ثَمَنِ الْمِجَنِّ
