أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الْحَقْلِ وَهِيَ الْمُزَابَنَةُ خَالَفَهُ هِشَامٌ وَرَوَاهُ عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ
