Ibn 'Alqamah appointed his father to collect the Zakah of his people - and he quoted the same Hadith.
أَنَّ ابْنَ عَلْقَمَةَ اسْتَعْمَلَ أَبَاهُ عَلَى صَدَقَةِ قَوْمِهِ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ
