"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ woke up and cleaned his teeth,' and he quoted the hadith.

اسْتَيْقَظَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَاسْتَنَّ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ
