[Machine] We went out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on a military expedition, and I heard him saying, "The Hellfire is forbidden for an eye that cried out of fear of Allah, the Hellfire is forbidden for an eye that stayed awake for the sake of Allah." I forgot the third one, and later I heard that he said, "The Hellfire is forbidden for an eye that looked away from the forbidden things of Allah."

[Machine] He (saw) was with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in a battle when he heard him say one night, "The Fire is forbidden for an eye that stayed awake in the cause of Allah, and the Fire is forbidden for an eye that shed tears out of fear of Allah." He said, "And the third type, I have forgotten it." Abu Shuraih said, "I have heard someone say that it means, 'The Fire is forbidden for an eye that turned away from what Allah has prohibited, or an eye that shed tears in the cause of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic.'"
