[Machine] Abu Talhah used to throw (an object) between the hands of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , so the Prophet ﷺ would extend his neck to see where it falls. Abu Talhah would then say, "This is how, O Prophet of Allah, my father and mother are sacrificed for you, not for your sacrifice."  

الكبرى للنسائي:٨٢٢٦أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ حُمَيْدًا يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ

أَنَّ أَبَا طَلْحَةَ كَانَ يَرْمِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَجَعَلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَتَطَاوَلُ يَنْظُرُ أَيْنَ تَقَعُ نَبْلُهُ؟ فَيَقُولُ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ هَكَذَا يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ بِأَبِي أَنْتَ وَأُمِّي نَحْرِي دُونَ نَحْرِكَ
