[Machine] The general advice of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was "prayer and what your right hands possess." He would keep repeating it until it became overwhelming in his chest, and Sa'id bin Abi Arubah narrated it from Qatadah from Safinah from Umm Salamah.

كَانَ عَامَّةُ وَصِيَّةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ «الصَّلَاةَ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ» فَجَعَلَ يُرَدِّدُهَا حَتَّى يُلَجْلِجُهَا فِي صَدْرِهِ وَمَا يُفِيضُ رَوَاهُ سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَفِينَةَ عَنِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ
