The bone dearer to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was the bone of sheep. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3780)  

الكبرى للنسائي:٦٦٢٠ – أَخْبَرَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِي دَاوُدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عِيَاضٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ

«كَانَ أَحَبُّ الْعُرَاقِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ عُرَاقَ الشَّاةِ»
