[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever brings life back to dead land, it belongs to him and not to any unjust claimant." Al-Layth said, "Then I wrote to Hisham ibn Urwah, and he wrote back to me with a similar narration from Yahya ibn Sa'id."  

الكبرى للنسائي:٥٧٣٠أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيِّتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقٍ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ» قَالَ اللَّيْثُ ثُمَّ كَتَبْتُ إِلَى هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ فَكَتَبَ إِلَيَّ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ
