[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited renting farmland. So Abdullah abandoned his rental, and he used to rent it before that. Uqail bin Khalid followed him (in this matter).  

الكبرى للنسائي:٤٦١٧ – أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَسْمَاءَ عَنْ جُوَيْرِيَةَ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ أَنَّ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَخْبَرَهُ وَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْمَزَارِعِ فَقَالَ أَخْبَرَ رَافِعُ بْنُ خَدِيجٍ أَنَّ عَمَّيْهِ وَكَانَا قَدْ شَهِدَا بَدْرًا أَخْبَرَاهُ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْمَزَارِعِ» فَتَرَكَ عَبْدُ اللهِ كِرَاءَهَا وَكَانَ يُكْرِيهَا قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ تَابَعَهُ عُقَيْلُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ
