[Machine] We used to not eat from our own bodies except three (parts). The Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave us permission, so we ate and stocked up. I said, Jaabir said, until we returned to Madinah, (he said) no.  

الكبرى للنسائي:٤١٢٤أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءٌ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرًا قَالَ

كُنَّا لَا نَأْكُلُ مِنْ لُحُومِ بُدْنِنَا إِلَّا ثَلَاثًا «فَأَذِنَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَكَلْنَا وَتَزَوَّدْنَا» قُلْتُ قَالَ جَابِرٌ حَتَّى رَجَعْنَا إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ قَالَ لَا
