[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ passed by a man who was practicing cupping therapy in Ramadan, on the eighteenth morning. He said, "Both the person practicing cupping and the one who has it done to them have broken their fast." Abu Abdullah said, "This is a rejected hadith, and I believe that Ibn Jurayj did not hear it from Safwan."  

الكبرى للنسائي:٣١٦٣أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ النَّسَائِيُّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي عَامِرٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ مَرَّ بِرَجُلٍ يَحْتَجِمُ فِي رَمَضَانَ صَبِيحَةَ ثَمَانَ عَشْرَةَ فَقَالَ «أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمَحْجُومُ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُنْكَرٌ وَإِنِّي أَحْسَبُ ابْنَ جُرَيْجٍ لَمْ يَسْمَعْهُ مِنْ صَفْوَانَ
