"At the end of the last two rak'ahs of the prayer, the Prophet ﷺ would move his left foot forward and sit on his left buttock, Mutawarrikan, then he would say the taslim. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1262)  

الكبرى للنسائي:١١٨٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ بُنْدَارٌ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ قَالَ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «إِذَا كَانَ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ اللَّتَيْنِ تَنْقَضِي فِيهِمَا الصَّلَاةُ أَخَّرَ رِجْلَهُ الْيُسْرَى وَقَعَدَ عَلَى شِقِّهِ مُتَوَرِّكًا ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ»
