قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِمَوَاقِعِ النُّجُومِ} [الواقعة: 75]

[Machine] The Quran descended all at once on the Night of Decree to the lowest heaven, and then it was gradually revealed over a period of years. This is what is meant by His saying, "So I swear by the positions of the stars" (Quran 56:75)  

الكبرى للنسائي:١١٥٠١أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَوَانَةَ عَنْ حُصَينٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

نَزَلَ الْقُرْآنُ جَمِيعًا فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ الدُّنْيَا ثُمَّ فُصِّلَ فَنَزَلَ فِي السِّنِينَ فَذَلِكَ قَوْلُهُ {فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِمَوَاقِعِ النُّجُومِ} [الواقعة 75]
