The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:" When a person does not pay what is due to Allah or Sadaqa of his camels...." The rest of the hadith is the same.

مسلم:٩٨٧e – وَحَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الأَيْلِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ أَنَّ بُكَيْرًا حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِذَا لَمْ يُؤَدِّ الْمَرْءُ حَقَّ اللَّهِ أَوِ الصَّدَقَةَ فِي إِبِلِهِ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ بِنَحْوِ حَدِيثِ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ
