This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Sufyan with the saule chain of transmitters but with a slight variation of wording.  

مسلم:٢٠٨٣c – وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَزَادَ فَأَدَعُهَا
