This hadith is narrated on the authority of A'mash with the same chain of transmitters with a slight variation of words.  

مسلم:١٦٨٧b – حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ كُلُّهُمْ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ يُونُسَ

عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ يَقُولُ إِنْ سَرَقَ حَبْلاً وَإِنْ سَرَقَ بَيْضَةً
