This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Sulaiman Taimi with the same chain of transmitters and in his narration (he) refers to Mu'awiya.  

مسلم:١٢٢٥b – وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ

وَقَالَ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ يَعْنِي مُعَاوِيَةَ
