When a man is always begging from people. he would meet Allah (in a state) that there would be no flesh on his face.  

مسلم:١٠٤٠aوَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ أَخِي الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ تَزَالُ الْمَسْأَلَةُ بِأَحَدِكُمْ حَتَّى يَلْقَى اللَّهَ وَلَيْسَ فِي وَجْهِهِ مُزْعَةُ لَحْمٍ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The matter will continue to be difficult for each of you until he meets Allah, exalted be He, and there is no disfigurement on his face."
