قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ بَاعَ دَارًا وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ ثَمَنَهَا فِي مِثْلِهَا لَمْ يُبَارَكْ لَهُ فِيهَا
