ذِكْرُ الْأَمْرِ بِمَحَبَّةِ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ إِذِ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ كَانَ يُحِبُّهُ

"The Prophet ﷺ wanted to wipe the running nose of Usamah." 'Aishah said: "Leave it to me so that I may be the one to do it." He said: "O 'Aishah, love him, for verily I love him." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 3818)   

ابن حبّان:٧٠٥٨أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ أَبُو عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

أَرَادَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنْ يَمْسَحَ مُخَاطَ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ دَعْنِي حَتَّى أَكُونَ أَنَا الَّذِي أَفْعَلُهُ قَالَ «يَا عَائِشَةُ أَحِبِّيهِ فَإِنِّي أُحِبُّهُ»
