ذِكْرُ تَعَاهُدِ الْمُصْطَفَى ﷺ أَصْدِقَاءَ خَدِيجَةَ بِالْبِرِّ بَعْدَ وَفَاتِهَا

ibnhibban:7006 – al-Ḥasan b. Sufyān > Sahl b. ʿUthmān al-ʿAskarī > Ḥafṣ b. Ghiyāth > Hishām b. ʿUrwah from his father > ʿĀʾishah

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , used to say when slaughtering a sheep, "Take this meat to the friends of Khadijah." One day, I got angry at him and he said, ﷺ , "I was given her love as a provision."  

ابن حبّان:٧٠٠٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا ذَبَحَ الشَّاةَ يَقُولُ «اذْهَبُوا بِذِي إِلَى أَصْدِقَاءِ خَدِيجَةَ» قَالَتْ فَأَغْضَبْتُهُ يَوْمًا فَقَالَ ﷺ «إِنِّي رُزِقْتُ حُبَّهَا»
