ذِكْرُ الْمُدَّةِ الَّتِي بَقِيَتْ فِيهَا أُمَّةُ عِيسَى عَلَى هَدْيِهِ ﷺ

ibnhibban:6236 – Abū Yaʿlá > Abū Hammām > al-Walīd b. Muslim > al-Haytham b. Ḥumayd > al-Waḍīn b. ʿAṭāʾ > Naṣr b. ʿAlqamah > Jubayr b. Nufayr > Abū al-Dardāʾ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Indeed, Allah took David from among his companions, and they were not tempted or changed, and the companions of Christ remained steadfast upon his way and guidance for two hundred years."  

ابن حبّان:٦٢٣٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هَمَّامٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنِ الْهَيْثَمِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ عَنِ الْوَضِينِ بْنِ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ نَصْرِ بْنِ عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَقَدْ قَبَضَ اللَّهُ دَاوُدَ مِنْ بَيْنِ أَصْحَابِهِ فَمَا فُتِنُوا وَلَا بَدَّلُوا وَلَقَدْ مَكَثَ أَصْحَابُ الْمَسِيحِ عَلَى سُنَّتِهِ وَهَدْيِهِ مِائَتَيْ سَنَةٍ»

"لَقدْ قَبَضَ اللهُ دَاوُدَ -عَلَيهِ السَّلامُ- مِنْ بَينِ أَصْحابِه، فَمَا فُتِنُوا وَلَا بَدَّلُوا، وَلَقَدْ مَكَثَ أَصْحَابُ الْمَسيح مِنْ بعدِه عَلى سُنَّتهِ وهَدْيهِ مِائَتى سَنَةٍ".
