ذِكْرُ الْعِلَّةِ الَّتِي مِنْ أَجْلِهَا زُجِرَ عَنْ هَذَا الْفِعْلِ

[Machine] That Hudhaifah asked for water so the servant brought him a cup that was slightly full and he refused it and said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'They have it in this world, and we have it in the hereafter.'"  

ابن حبّان:٥٣٤٣أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَرُوبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْجَرَّاحُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قُتَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ

أَنَّ حُذَيْفَةَ اسْتَسْقَى فَأَتَاهُ الْخَادِمُ بِقَدَحٍ مُفَضَّضٍ فَرَدَّهُ وَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «هُوَ لَهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَلَنَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ»
