ذِكْرُ مَا يُسْتَحَبُّ لِلْإِمَامِ مَعُونَةُ رَعِيَّتِهِ فِي أَسْبَابِهِمْ بِنَفْسِهِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ مَنْ يَكْفِيهِ ذَلِكَ

ibnhibban:4535Abū Khalīfah > Abū al-Walīd > Shuʿbah > Abū Isḥāq > al-Barāʾ

[Machine] I heard Al-Bara' saying, "The Prophet ﷺ used to carry the soil with us on the Day of trench (Battle of the Trench), and he saw the soil becoming whiter than his stomach and he said,"  

ابن حبّان:٤٥٣٥أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ الْبَرَاءَ يَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَنْقِلُ مَعَنَا التُّرَابَ يَوْمَ الْأَحْزَابِ وَقَدْ وَارَى التُّرَابُ بَيَاضَ بَطْنِهِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ
