[Machine] "She had a boy and a girl as slaves, so she wanted to free them. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to her, 'If you want to free them, start with the boy before the girl.'"  

ابن حبّان:٤٣١١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الشَّرْقِيِّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الذُّهْلِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَهَا غُلَامٌ وَجَارِيَةٌ زَوْجٌ فَأَرَادَتْ أَنْ تَعْتِقَهُمَا فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِنْ أَعْتَقْتِيهِمَا فَابْدَئِي بِالْغُلَامِ قَبْلَ الْجَارِيَةِ»
