ذِكْرُ الْأَمْرِ بِرُكُوبِ الْبَدَنَةِ الْمُقَلَّدَةِ عِنْدَ الْحَاجَةِ إِلَيْهِ

ibnhibban:4014ʿAbdullāh b. Muḥammad al-Azdī > Isḥāq b. Ibrāhīm > ʿAbd al-Razzāq > Maʿmar > Hammām b. Munabbih > Abū Hurayrah > Baynamā a man Yasūq Badanah Muqalladah

[Machine] He (the Messenger of Allah) said to him, "Ride it." He said, "It is small, O Messenger of Allah." He said, "Ride it and woe to you."  

ابن حبّان:٤٠١٤أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ بَيْنَمَا رَجُلٌ يَسُوقُ بَدَنَةً مُقَلَّدَةً فَقَالَ

لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «ارْكَبْهَا» قَالَ بَدَنَةٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ «ارْكَبْهَا وَيْلَكَ»

Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw a man driving a Badana (a camel for sacrifice) and said to him, "Ride on it." The man said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! It is a Bandana." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Ride on it, woe to you!" on the second or third time.  

البخاري:٦١٦٠حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ رَأَى رَجُلاً يَسُوقُ بَدَنَةً فَقَالَ لَهُ ارْكَبْهَا قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّهَا بَدَنَةٌ قَالَ ارْكَبْهَا وَيْلَكَ فِي الثَّانِيَةِ أَوْ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ

[Machine] He ﷺ said, "Woe to you! Ride it." He said, "O Messenger of Allah, it is a female camel (which is not suitable for riding)." He ﷺ said, "Woe to you! Ride it."  

أحمد:٨١٢٣وَقَالَ بَيْنَمَا رَجُلٌ يَسُوقُ بَدَنَةً مُقَلَّدَةً قَالَ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ was asked about riding the Bada'nah (a type of camel), so he said, "Ride it." The person said, "But it is a Bada'nah." He replied, " Ride it, and woe to you."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنْ رُكُوبِ الْبَدَنَةِ فَقَالَ ارْكَبْهَا قَالَ إِنَّهَا بَدَنَةٌ قَالَ ارْكَبْهَا وَيْلَكَ

[Machine] I heard Abu Hurairah saying that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about riding the badanah. He said, "Ride it." They said, "But it is a beast of burden." He said, "Ride it and woe to you."
