ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ هَذَا الْفِعْلَ مُبَاحٌ لِلْمَرْءِ فِي صَوْمِ الْفَرْضِ وَالتَّطَوُّعِ مَعًا

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to kiss some of his wives while he was fasting. I asked Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) about fasting and voluntary acts of worship. She replied, "In all of that, both in obligatory fasting and voluntary acts of worship."  

ابن حبّان:٣٥٤٥أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي السَّرِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

«كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُقَبِّلُ بَعْضَ نِسَائِهِ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ» قُلْتُ لِعَائِشَةَ فِي الْفَرِيضَةِ وَالتَّطَوُّعِ؟ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ «فِي كُلِّ ذَلِكَ فِي الْفَرِيضَةِ وَالتَّطَوُّعِ»
