ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ هَذَا الزَّجْرَ زَجْرُ حَتْمٍ لَا زَجْرُ نَدْبٍ

[Machine] She used to say to Aisha that Abu Sa'id al-Khudri informed about the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "It is not permissible for a woman to travel for more than three days except with a mahram (a male relative she cannot marry)." Aisha said, "Umrah (a pilgrimage to Mecca) is an exception, not all of them require a mahram."  

ابن حبّان:٢٧٣٤أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْجُنَيْدِ بِبُسْتَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ مُضَرَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَنَّ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَتْهُ

أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ عِنْدَ عَائِشَةَ تَقُولُ لِعَائِشَةَ إِنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ يُخْبِرُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ «لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرَأَةٍ تُسَافِرُ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ إِلَّا مَعَ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ» قَالَتْ عَمْرَةُ فَالْتَفَتَتْ إِلَيْنَا عَائِشَةُ فَقَالَتْ «مَا كُلُّهُنَّ لَهَا ذُو مَحْرَمٍ»
