[Machine] "Verily, trials have their hardships and difficult moments. So if you are able to die in those moments, then do so." Abdul Rahman said, and Sufyan narrated from Harith bin Hasira, who heard it from Zaid bin Wahb, saying: Hudhaifa was asked: What are its (trials') difficult moments? He replied: When the sword is unsheathed. He was asked: What are its hardships? He replied: When the sword is sheathed."  

الحاكم:٨٥٢٧أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ

«إِنَّ لِلْفِتْنَةِ تَعَبَاتٌ وَوَقَفَاتٌ فَإِنِ اسْتَطَعْتَ أَنْ تَمُوتَ فِي وَقَفَاتِهَا فَافْعَلْ» قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ وَحَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ حَصِيرَةَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ قَالَ سُئِلَ حُذَيْفَةُ مَا وَقَفَاتُهَا؟ قَالَ «إِذَا غُمِدَ السَّيْفُ» قَالَ مَا تَعِبَاتُهَا؟ قَالَ «إِذَا سُلَّ السَّيْفُ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ على شرط البخاري ومسلم
