[Machine] "Safwan ibn Umayyah came to the Prophet ﷺ with a man who had stolen his clothing. Then he said, 'O Messenger of Allah, gift it to me.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Shouldn't you have brought him to us before?'  

الحاكم:٨١٤٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ السَّعْدِيُّ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَنَسٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ قَالَا ثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ صَفْوَانَ بْنَ أُمَيَّةَ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بِرَجُلٍ قَدْ سَرَقَ حُلَّةً لَهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَبْهُ لِي فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «فَهَلَّا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَأْتِيَنَا بِهِ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَالْحَدِيثُ الْمُفَسَّرُ فِيهِ صحيح
