[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "The blood of a Muslim is not lawful except in three instances: a married person committing adultery, who should be stoned to death; a person who intentionally kills another person, who should be killed in retaliation; and a person who renounces their religion and separates from the Muslim community."  

الحاكم:٨٠٩٥أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الدَّقَّاقُ بِبَغْدَادَ ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُلَاعِبِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ ثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ إِلَّا فِي ثَلَاثِ خِصَالٍ زَانٍ مِحْصَنٍ فَيُرْجَمُ وَالرَّجُلُ يَقْتُلُ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَيُقْتَلُ بِهِ وَيُصْلَبُ أَوْ يُنْفَى مِنَ الْأَرْضِ  

«هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» على شرط البخاري ومسلم

The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: "It is not permissible to shed the blood of a Muslim except in three cases: An adulterer who had been married, who should be stoned to death; a man who killed another man intentionally, who should be killed; and a man who left Islam and waged war against Allah, the Might and Sublime, and His Messenger, who should be killed, or crucified, or banished from the land."
