[Machine] From Abu Ishaq, regarding a man who swears by walking and becomes unable to walk, so he rides instead. Ibn Abbas said, "He should perform the Hajj in Qabil and ride what he had walked and walk what he had ridden." Adh-Dhahabi remained silent regarding this in his summary.
