[Machine] "He disputed with a man in the presence of the Prophet ﷺ in a land. He placed his right hand on one of them, and the other one said, 'O Messenger of Allah, if he swears, I will concede my land to him.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Leave him, for indeed, whoever swears with a false oath in order to unjustly take the wealth of a Muslim, Allah will meet him on the Day of Resurrection while He is angry with him, and He will either pardon him or punish him.'"  

أَنَّهُ خَاصَمَ رَجُلًا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي أَرْضٍ فَجَعَلَ الْيَمِينَ عَلَى أَحَدِهِمَا فَقَالَ الْآخَرُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنْ حَلَفَ دَفَعْتُ إِلَيْهِ أَرْضِي فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «اتْرُكْهُ فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينِ صَبْرٍ لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَهُوَ مُجْتَمِعٌ عَلَيْهِ غَضَبًا عَفَا اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَوْ عَاقَبَهُ»
