[Machine] I went with my grandfather to a feast where Ghaleb Al-Qattan said, "Bring the bread," so it was brought and the people held their hands, and I heard Ghaleb Al-Qattan saying, "Why aren't they eating?" They replied, "They are waiting for the guest." Ghaleb said, "Karimah bint Himmam Al-Ta'iyyah narrated to us from Aisha, the mother of the believers, that the Prophet ﷺ said, 'Honor the bread, and the honor of bread is not to be waited for.'" So he ate it and we ate it.  

ذَهَبْتُ مَعَ جَدِّي فِي وَلِيمَةٍ فِيهَا غَالِبٌ الْقَطَّانُ قَالَ فَجِيءَ بِالْخِوَانِ فَوُضِعَ فَمَسَكَ الْقَوْمُ أَيْدِيَهُمْ فَسَمِعْتُ غَالِبًا الْقَطَّانَ يَقُولُ مَا لَهُمْ لَا يَأْكُلُونَ؟ قَالُوا يَنْتَظِرُونَ الْأُدُمَ فَقَالَ غَالِبٌ حَدَّثَتْنَا كَرِيمَةُ بِنْتُ هَمَّامٍ الطَّائِيَّةُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «أَكْرِمُوا الْخُبْزَ وَإِنَّ كَرَامَةَ الْخُبْزِ أَنْ لَا يُنْتَظَرَ بِهِ» فَأَكَلَهُ وَأَكَلْنَا
