[Machine] "Wajīr ibn ʿAbd Allāh ibn Mālik ibn Naṣr ibn Thaʿlabah ibn Jusham ibn ʿAwf ibn Shulayl ibn Khuzaymah ibn Sakin ibn ʿAlī ibn Mālik ibn Zayd ibn Qays ibn ʿAbqar ibn Anmār kāna qad aqāma fil-fitnati bi-Qirqisā' thumma intaqala minha ilā al-Kūfah wa bihā tuwuffiya sanat ihdā wa khamsīn."

English translation: "Wajir, the son of Abdullah, who is the son of Malik, who is the son of Nasr, who is the son of Tha'labah, who is the son of Jusham, who is the son of Awf, who is the son of Shulayl, who is the son of Khuzaymah, who is the son of Sakin, who is the son of Ali, who is the son of Malik, who is the son of Zaid, who is the son of Qays, who is the son of Abqar, who is the son of Anmar, had resided in Qirqisaa during the turmoil, then he moved from there to Kufa, where he passed away in the year fifty-one."  

الحاكم:٥٩٥١حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بَالَوَيْهِ ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْحَرْبِيُّ ثَنَا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ قَالَ

«وَجَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَالِكِ بْنِ نَصْرِ بْنِ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ جُشَمِ بْنِ عَوْفِ بْنِ شُلَيْلِ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ سَكَنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مَالِكِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ قَيْسِ بْنِ عَبْقَرِ بْنِ أَنْمَارٍ كَانَ قَدْ أَقَامَ فِي الْفِتْنَةِ بِقِرْقِيسَاءَ ثُمَّ انْتَقَلَ مِنْهَا إِلَى الْكُوفَةِ وَبِهَا تُوُفِّيَ سَنَةَ إِحْدَى وَخَمْسِينَ»
