[Machine] About six of the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ were Omar, Abdullah, and Zaid, whose knowledge was similar to one another. They would take some knowledge from each other. I asked Ash-Sha'bi and Al-Ash'ari, who were they? He said, "They were one of the jurists."

الحاكم:٥٨٠٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْإِمَامُ ثَنَا أَبُو هَاشِمٍ زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ ثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ ثَنَا الشَّيْبَانِيُّ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ يُؤْخَذُ الْعِلْمُ

عَنْ سِتَّةٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَكَانَ عُمَرُ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ وَزَيْدٌ يُشْبِهُ عِلْمُهُمْ بَعْضُهُ بَعْضًا فَكَانَ يَقْتَبِسُ بَعْضُهُمْ مِنْ بَعْضٍ قَالَ فَقُلْتُ لِلشَّعْبِيِّ وَكَانَ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ إِلَى هَؤُلَاءِ؟ قَالَ «كَانَ أَحَدُ الْفُقَهَاءِ»
