[Machine] I saw Abu 'Amrah al-Ansari on the day of Siffin. He participated in the battles of Badr, Uhud, and he was fasting. He was feeling extremely thirsty and he said to his servant, "Oh you there, give me water." Then he shot an arrow and he barely managed to remove it, so he shot three more arrows. Then he said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'Whoever shoots an arrow for the sake of Allah, whether it reaches its target or not, will have a light from that arrow on the Day of Judgment.'" He was killed before sunset.
